Branch Credit Manager Job in Dewas at Sammaan Capital Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite loan proposals within defined approval limits.
• Verify applicant’s financials, banking, income, property/asset details, and documentation.
• Conduct credit analysis, risk profiling, and eligibility assessment.
• Recommend approval/rejection decisions with justification.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, legal & technical vendors for seamless processing.
• Perform tele-PD / field PD / customer discussions as needed.
• Monitor branch portfolio performance, delinquency trends & early warning signals.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policy & regulatory norms.
• Review deviations, exceptions & escalate when required.
• Maintain TAT and service levels.
• Support audit activities and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Guide sales team on policy updates, product fitment & risk management.
• Develop market intelligence to identify risk patterns and competitor practices.
