PNB Housing Finance is hiring for the role of Branch Collection Incharge!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Follow up for recovery on all buckets with special emphasis on NPA accounts
• Constant monitoring & follow up of recovery efforts by recovery team
• Personal visit to default borrowers and attending court cases
• Support Branch Manager in issuing legal notice, SARFAESI notice, filing suit and follow up, taking possession, sale of property and resolving current assets related issues
• Fraud cases investigation, reporting to HO, providing information to investigating agencies like Police, EoW etc
• All recovery related MIS such as monthly recovery statement/NPA settlement and other related MIS
• Allocate delinquent accounts to recovery agents, monitor them and manage payments to the recovery agents
• Support PNBHFL empanelled advocate in Issuance of 138, legal notice and all follow up activities till SARFAESI notice is issued
• Follow up for recovery in all Project Loan Accounts including constant monitoring and follow up with defaulter borrowers and support branch manager in initiating necessary legal action
• Handle queries and issues of walk-in customers with delinquent accounts
• Communicate with delinquent borrowers through dunning letters, telephone and SMS
