Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for channel growth and expansion in the branch territory.
  • Ensure the effective management of multiple sales channels, including direct sales, partner networks, and third-party distributors.
  • Recruit, train, and lead the branch channel team and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with channel partners, ensuring their productivity and satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members and partners to drive performance.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance the branch's market presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns tailored to the branch's needs.
  • Work closely with channel partners to identify growth opportunities and align on sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the performance of all sales channels and ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Provide insights to senior leadership on branch-level opportunities and challenges.
