BOSCH is hiring for the role of BPS and Industrial Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for implement BPS standards across the plant
- Plant co-ordinator for Industrial engineering
- Daily review of SQCD targets and close looping
- Implementation of shop floor standards - SFMC, 14Q basics, 5S, TPM, 4M change management
- Active involvement in the projects related to FPY, Quality and Productivity
- Effective utilisation of resources, handling Q issues and scrap management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with production experience
- Fluent English and good computer skills
- .Active learning and knowledge sharing
- Able to lead without authority
