BPO Customer Care Collections Sr. Associate Job in Noida at NTT DATA

NTT Data is hiring for the role of BPO Customer Care Sr Associate!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Handling inbound calls from providers/callers.
• Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in the project.
• May coach and mentor less experienced team members.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
• Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved.
• Follows the basic rules as provided on the SOP.
• Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions.
• Need to adhere to the schedule shared by workflow management team.

Requirements:

• Any Graduates (complete 15 years of education with original marksheets and degree).
• Excellent Communication (both verbal & written) as the associates will be talking to US Customers.
• Multitasking – Able to create note (type) along with answering the call.
• Overall relevant experience required – 2 to 3 years.
• Mandatory experience of Customer Service in International Voice Process.
• Comfortable in customer handling.
• Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.
• Comfortable working in night shift (US Shift) from office (Location – Noida).
