• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate unresolved problems as needed.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
