Hexaware is hiring for the role of BPM Technical Architect!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and implement business process workflows using the jBPM framework.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations with jBPM to meet business needs. Create and maintain reusable components, templates, and libraries for workflow automation.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability. 
• Integrate jBPM with external systems and services using REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration mechanisms.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including process models, design specifications, and user guides.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices for jBPM development.
• Stay updated on the latest jBPM features, tools, and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
