Body Engineering Associate Job in Jaipur at Hero

• Knowledge of the Key manufacturing processes
• To work on devising the cost of the Two wheeler competitor model Body parts.
  Should understand Process and the Machines/ Equipment used for manufacturing of parts.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Part drawing reading, fits and Tolerances.
  Handling of precise Measuring instrument like Vernier calliper, Micro meter etc
• Part Visual Inspection; taking measurements; adjusting and re-programming controls.
• Knowledge of Zero based Costing and Cost Re-Engineering.
• Data generation and analytics
  Knowledge of Vehicle Assembly and Dis-Assembly particularly. Knowledge of
• Body Engineering Systems. Knowledge of development & Function of Engine parts will be additional advantage. Having Knowledge of Vehicle reverse engineering.
• Benchmarking of models and study of technical requirement in application of concepts in new product design.

Requirements:

• B. Tech. (Mech)
• Key Process manufacturing, Reverse engineering, Cost assessment, Idea generation, MS Office, CATIA, Team Center, Engineering Skills, Knowledge of cost drivers, Knowledge of two wheelers manufacturing process, gap fit finish requirements of vehicle body parts (Sheet metal & Plastic parts etc.).
