Welocalize is hiring for the role of Billing Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensuring accurate data on customer accounts and proper account setup.
• Processing transactions in a high-volume department.
• Submitting and meeting deadlines according to customer specifications on a regular cadence.
• Resolving and responding to inquiries in a timely and prompt manner.
• Monitoring the status of invoice submissions, approvals, payments, and rejections, and resolve issues as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or 2 years of related job experience.
• Ability to understand the technical and business implications of processes performed.
• Knowledge of Workday FIN is not required but would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask effectively.
• Open to change and willing to learn new skills.
• Experience in a multinational foreign currency environment.
• Understanding of local and regional tax compliance would be an advantage.
