Billing Executive Internship in Jaipur at Axestrack Software Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process payments received from clients through various payment methods.
• Reconcile billing statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and customer interactions.
• Communicate with clients to address any billing inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing activities.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing processes.

Requirements:
