Adani Group is hiring for the role of Billing Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and submit progress billings, change orders, and invoices for Civil/Finishes/Interior projects at airports.
• Review and verify the accuracy of billing data and revise any errors as necessary.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
• Generate cost reports, cash flow, and other financial reports related to the projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while preparing billing documents.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights on billing-related matters and address any queries from the project team.
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Monitor billing schedules and deadlines to avoid delays and facilitate smooth project cash flow.
• Conduct regular audits of billing processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in billing and invoicing procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Certification required: Professional certification in Billing and Cost Management would be an advantage.
