Thomson Reuters is hiring for the role of Billing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Manage billing operations using SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and billing portals.
• Obtain required information to process orders including user data, product details, installation, billing dates, and sales codes.
• Knowledge of professional services processing is an advantage.
• Upload data on multiple portals like Ariba and Coupa.
• Verify client needs, equipment, and communication requirements, providing timeframes and setting expectations.
• Escalate delays to internal departments.
• Implement release of billing for services and charges.
• Maintain accurate client billing, location details, and user records.
• Build client relationships to enhance administration and satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve invoice issues, account information, and compliance queries.
• Assist clients with Data Access Declarations and Access Statements.
• Liaise with sales and clients to resolve administration issues.
• Mentor and coach new hires and staff as needed.
• Establish communication between internal and external groups.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve billing issues.
• Consult with product teams to identify service-impacting issues.
• Contribute to process releases and system enhancements by providing insights and tests.
• Work with sales and clients to identify time and cost-saving opportunities.
• Comfortable with night shifts.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Necessary industry experience with applicable AR systems.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to form strong customer relationships and deliver customer-focused service.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with portal uploads like Ariba and Coupa.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
