6Sense is hiring for the role of Billing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and review complex invoicing for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain financial billing reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage tracking, billing and communication relating to campaign media spending Invoicing.
• Respond in a timely manner to internal and external inquiries with a 'Customers First' mentality.
• Assist with month-end close activities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis and/or billing, preferably in SaaS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Understanding of usage-based billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage Intacct, or other accounting software required
• Experience billing in a PO-driven environment
• Proficiency in billing software/systems, such as Coupa, Ariba and Bill.com
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
