BILLING Job in Delhi at NEWON CARGO

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices for products or services rendered to clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
• Review and verify the accuracy of billing data, including pricing, quantities, and discounts, to avoid errors and discrepancies.
• Address client inquiries and concerns regarding billing, providing prompt and courteous responses.
• Maintain accurate records of billing transactions, payments, and client communications.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure accurate and timely billing for new contracts, renewals, and modifications.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, working to ensure timely payment from clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry billing regulations and standards is a plus.
