The role is responsible for Leading a Practice/competency in SDCPL. Primarily, He/She is expected to lead RFPs/RFIs/RFQs Responses for new and existing clients. The role is also expected to lead various Strategies like Partnership, Go to Market, Vendor Management for the Practice. The role is expected to drive Innovation and develop new channels to build our capabilities better.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and solve business problems for clients with an ability to acquire, absorb and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Lead RFPs/RFQs and RFIs with the team and deliver quality RFx responses
• Leadership skills to be able to collaborate with other Practice leads, Client Partners, Sales Experts
• Manage OEMs/Consultants/Internal Solution Architects and bid for product solution of the Customer
• Collaborate with Industry Heads to Justify and build the product Solution
• Discover and Invent different ways of building a better Partnership, Vendor, Client Ecosystem for the Practice
• Collaborate with Strategic Leadership team to design Partnership and collaboration opportunities with best suited companies
• Lead Go to market with the relevant partner to drive Business Deals
• Requirement gathering, process mapping, process consulting, Due Diligence with the client
• Project planning & management
• Centralization and Standardization of Processes

Skillset:

• Must have been working on GEM for atleast two years bidding for governmment tenders.
• Excellent reading capabilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent in document management.
• Should be able to read and relate RFPs fast.
