Siemens is hiring for the role of Bid Management Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Study the tender documentation technical terms along with technical requirements
• Basic knowledge related to offer preparation.
• Approach and follow-up with the Supply chain management team for backup offer from vendors
• Follow up with vendors for offer and prepare cost comparison sheets
• Attend Customer pre-bid meeting and customer coordination.
• If required, visit customer sites to understand bid and execution requirements.
• In addition to Bid management, extend support related to site HR/IR requirements.
• A good team support of Engineers and Skilled Technical persons at the site.
• Customer-centric approach and Good analytical skills

Requirements:

• Graduate Engineer in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Bid management function related to Product or service-based inquiries.
