HSBC is hiring for the role of BI Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Helping the team to go to the next level of real-time reporting by integrating data visualization solutions on top of the existing data model in place.
• Leading the logical data model design and implementation and the construction and implementation BI layer.
• Designing, automating, and supporting sophisticated data extraction, transformation, and loading applications.
• Creating and improving data solutions that enable smooth data delivery and overseeing gathering, processing, maintaining, and analyzing enormous amounts of data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in qlik reporting development.
• Qlik Developer who can build the data logic, data model, and interfaces for Qlik dashboards. Understanding Qlik scripting data analysis.
• QVD knowledge: understanding how QVDs work with Qlik to provide a scalable, reusable, metadata-driven data layer.
• Qlik interface knowledge: Charts, Graphs, Tables, Expressions, Properties, Tabs, Layout.
• SQL Data knowledge: Data acquisition and manipulation skills in SQL-compliant or other data sources.
• Extract, Transform, and load data from multiple data sources into the Qlik application.
• Broad experience with IT development and collaboration tools (Git/Bitbucket; Confluence; Jira; etc.)
