Benefits Analyst Internship in Bangalore at Honeywell International, Inc.

Honeywell is hiring for the role of Benefits Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Analyzes delivery trends, provides recommendations, and executes process improvements to drive productivity and improved service delivery.
• Coaches supplier team and closely partners with other functions involved in the administration (e.g. Global Operations, Payroll, etc.) on effective customer service best practices, utilize CRM and/or supplier-owned analytics and CSAT in close partnership with suppliers to improve scores and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Leads and provides support in the execution of projects, new program implementations, policy changes, and policy harmonization for pension and other benefits (as required) in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensures that administrative resources, systems, and processes including those of our supplier partners are optimized during transitions and ongoing operation.
• Owns the execution of employee communications including self-service content.
• Ensures periodic updates are done in a timely fashion and per the program/ policy requirements.
• Supports required data analytics for C&B COE as required.
