Benefits Adminstration Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Apple Inc.

Apple is currently hiring for the positionn of Benefits Adminstration Analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Own & support the administration for new & existing Benefits and leaves within EMEA countries
• Respond to employee enquiries regarding the administration of benefits.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential
• Collaborate with International Benefits Team to become an expert on the EMEA wide benefits offered by Apple
• Review current processes and identify areas for efficiencies and improvements
• Develop excellent working relationships with our many, varied internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in navigating the Apple systems to expedite employee queries within the agreed SLA
• Reporting on and reconciliation of benefits data, as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills are essential
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with business partners
• A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem solving skills, effective process evaluation, strong team and business relationship building, and delivery of high quality work
• Ability to function in a fast-paced high volume environment and prioritise multiple and competing priorities
• Previous People (HR) and Benefits experience preferred
• A level of competence in Excel
• Fluent English spoken and written is essential
