People Tech is hiring for the role of Bench Sales Recruiter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for handling bench sales recruitment. i.e. from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
• Assist with regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants identifying their needs and getting them into projects.
• Get and maintain good relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.

Requirements:

•  Experience working with Preferred Vendors and on-layer models.
•  Candidate should have good communication skills.
