BDC Finance Analyst Job in Mumbai at CRISIL

Crisil is hiring for the role of BDC Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reviewing all accounting deliverables to ensure accuracy, checks, tallies, and reconciliation processes for conformity with applicable accounting standards.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
• Assisting in adherence to applicable compliance with the IRS regulatory tests.
• Preparing and reviewing of 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings.
• Updating financial model, liquidity management, PM reporting, and various ad hoc requests.
• Providing review and reconciliation of the valuation process of the investment portfolio.
• Preparing quarterly investor deck/earnings release.
• Coordinating across teams to carry out the required tasks.
• Preparing various internal reports / MIS as per standard specifications and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, with 1-2 year of relevant experience.
• Accounting or Auditing experience is preferred.
• Exposure to financial reporting, reconciliation, and internal controls & reviews is an added advantage.
• Flexibility to stretch and work towards closure of quarter-end deliverables.
• Self-starter and is persistent in executing the workflows to ensure closure until the end.
• Good articulation and ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email to build and maintain strong relationship with onshore team.
• Showcase strong attention to detail to deliver a high level of accuracy and quality.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (including advanced Excel).
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
