Paytm is hiring for the role of BD Head Merchant POSP!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing business General/Life Insurance Products.
• Onboarding direct and an indirect team as POSP.
• Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
• Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
• Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
• Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
• Obeying IRDA regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
• Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
• Managing and delivering revenue targets set by the company on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Co-coordinating with Head office and relevant teams for all client service related issues.
• Supervising the POSP team, in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and taking in order to enhance growth.
• Guiding and motivating the team and providing all relevant support as required.
• Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere.
• Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to dealers.
• Creating agency distribution for the company.
• Overall responsible for implementation Technology adaptation in the assigned territory.
• Working along with relevant teams and ensure sufficient manning of resources across territories in the State.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
