Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services
- Resolve queries regarding accounts, transactions, card services, and general banking support
- Provide accurate information with a professional tone
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Work collaboratively to meet performance targets
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication in English and one regional language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu)
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and customer-centric mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in voice processes preferred
- mmediate joining required; willing to work from Marathahalli office
