IDFC First Bank is hiring for the role of Banker-Customer Experience!

 Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Customer engagement on assigned customer portfolio for CA/SA/TD build-up, Asset & Wealth cross-sell.
• Deliver business targets assigned as per the performance scorecard.
• Give the client need-based product solutions and, in the process, align client requirements with business specifics.
• Assess customer propensity and ensure higher product penetration per relationship.
• Reference for more business from existing customers.
• Responsible for creating a customer-focused approach to quickly resolve all queries and complaints.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations & policies about anti-money laundering, know your customer (KYC), Data & Information security, etc.
• Assist in the closure of all observations on the audit report.   
• Perform audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to become their banking partner of choice

Requirements:

• Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology/Maths/Commerce/Arts/Science/Biology/ Business/Computers/Management/any other degree. 
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
