Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information about Banca TL’s products and services.
• Handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
• Process loan payments, utility payments, and other banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to achieve branch targets.
• Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance.
• Verify and update customer information in the banking system.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking services.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Report suspicious activities and potential fraud to the appropriate authorities.
• Ensure the security of customer information and confidentiality.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the branch.
• Maintain cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
• Support the branch manager in operational tasks and audits.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software applications.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
