Banca Sales Job in Surat at Shriram Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate leads and referrals.
• Promote and sell life insurance/general insurance products to bank customers.
• Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for bank staff on insurance products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned for the branch.
• Attend joint sales calls with bank employees to pitch products to potential clients.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and internal processes.
