Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios to provide tailored financial advice and solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related issues, inquiries, and transactions.
• Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and direct sales.
• Promote and cross-sell a range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall business goals of the branch.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients, focusing on investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient investments.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to address financial needs and preferences.
• Assist clients with digital banking tools and promote online banking services for ease and convenience.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Conduct due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client accounts and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
