Backoffice Intern Internship in Gurgaon at Findoc Financial Services GROUP

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Maintain, organize, and regularly update internal databases and records.
• Documentation: Assist in preparing, sorting, and filing digital and physical documents. ∙ Report Generation: Use MS Excel to compile operational or financial reports as required.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with internal departments (operations, finance, support ) to ensure seamless information flow.
• Administrative Support: Perform routine office tasks like scanning, copying, emailing, and formatting documents.
   

Key Requirements:

• B.Com (Hons.) graduates preferred 
• MBA – Finance candidates encouraged to apply 

Technical Proficiency:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (filters, sorting, formatting) and MS Word ∙ Comfortable working with digital tools and handling data entries 

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills 
• Clear communication and professional work ethic 
• Willingness to learn and contribute to day-to-day operations 
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
