Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and maintain various backend systems, including CRM, booking platforms, and other internal tools.
• Ensure system uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical problems.
• Perform regular system backups and updates.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
•  Manage and analyze data related to sales, bookings, and customer interactions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiency.
• Streamline workflows and automate tasks where possible.
• Provide technical support to internal teams on the use of backend systems and tools.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal users.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Ensure vendors meet service level agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of backend systems with front-end operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide regular updates on system performance and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in backend operations or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various software and hardware systems.
• Experience with CRM and booking platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
