Backend Office Person Job in Bangalore at UPTYX

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and updating company databases accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and files as per the process requirements
• Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather and input required information
• Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents
• Maintain confidentiality of company information at all times
• Assist in preparing documents, letters, and other office communication as needed
• Meet daily/weekly productivity targets

Key Requirements:

• Minimum typing speed of 50–60 words per minute with high accuracy
• Proven experience in data entry or back-office operations preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and office equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
