Backend Developer Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities :   

• Develop backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI) or Go Build and maintain REST/gRPC APIs and microservices Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis for data modelling . 
• Optimization Implement event-driven workflows using Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS Ensure secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT Follow OWASP guidelines and implement secure API practices Containerize applications with Docker and deploy via Kubernetes . 
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and manage infra via Terraform Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on AWS/Azure (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC) Set up and maintain logging/monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Optimize performance using caching and load testing tools (Locust, JMeter) . 
• Participate in HLD/LLD discussions and maintain clear technical documentation Work in Linux environments and follow Git-based workflows Requirements . 

Required Skills :

• experience in backend development Strong in Python or Go with production experience Good understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design fundamentals Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and message queues . 
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments . 
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring tools Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to write clean, maintainable, documented code Nice to Have Containerize applications with Docker and deploy via Kubernetes Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub .
