Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build and scale a high-performance AI-driven SaaS platform
- Solve Real Customer Problems – Engage directly with customers and refine the product for tighter market fit
- Scale from 0 → 1 & 1 → 10 – Work on building AI-driven automation and architecting for scale
Requirements:
- Backend Expert – Architect and scale SaaS products with strong technical execution
- Owner’s Mindset – Someone who has skin in the game, thrives in ambiguity, and is hungry to build, own, and scale
- Problem-Solver – Comfortable wearing multiple hats and navigating from 0 → 1 → 10
- Have built and scaled SaaS applications before
- Are hands-on with code and deeply technical
- Are entrepreneurial, love solving complex problems, and thrive in ambiguity
