Schneider Electric is hiring for the role of Backend Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of IoT stack and owned application architecture(s)
• Develop a deep understanding of solution offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor products/solutions
• Gain ownership of in-house developed data analytics frameworks (e.g., Metrics and Reports)
• Understand business use cases to define meaningful and actionable metrics/reports
• Develop new reports and enhance existing ones to meet changing business needs
• Document implemented changes, features, and owned applications
• Understand requirements from Offer team and develop changes through complete SDLC, including post-production support
• Prioritize critical requirements and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in building web apps using Django & Python
• Focus on architecture and maintainability
• Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of DVCS (e.g., Git)
• Desire to work at the intersection of technology and business
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal direction
