About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Backend Developer (server side Deployments, AWS etc)

 to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the robust server-side infrastructure that powers our web applications.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust APIs using a preferred backend technology (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).

Handle server-side logic, including data processing, business rules implementation, and user authentication/authorization.

Build and maintain efficient databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and security.

Implement security best practices to protect user data and application integrity.

Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Optimize server performance and scalability for optimal user experience.

Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Stay updated on the latest backend development trends and technologies.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and documentation.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or related role.

Strong proficiency in a preferred backend technology (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and its related frameworks.

Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Experience with API design and development principles (RESTful APIs, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deployment (a plus).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
