Schwing Stetter is hiring for the role of Back Office Executive - Exports!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Order Processing: Receive and process international sales orders, ensuring accurate entries and maintaining proper records. Coordinate with various departments to confirm order details, product availability, shipping requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and carriers to arrange and monitor shipments. Track the progress of shipments, manage import and export documents, and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Communication and Correspondence: Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the export process. Respond to queries, provide shipment updates, and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with international customers. Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and shipping policies.

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years
• Knowledge: Excellent understanding of export documentation, logistics, and international trade regulations. Familiarity with relevant software tools and databases for order processing, and customer relationship management.
