Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely entry of data into the company's database or management system.
• Maintain and update records with new information.
• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Respond to emails, calls, and other inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Maintain proper records of transactions, documents, and other important information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and exchange information.
• Conduct quality checks on data and documents to ensure accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data entry and database management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
