Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and efficient data entry of various information into the company's databases or software systems.
  • Maintaining and updating databases regularly.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic records.
  • Filing and archiving documents as per company procedures.
  • Assisting other departments with administrative tasks, as required.
  • Managing and responding to emails and phone calls professionally.
  • Preparing reports and spreadsheets to support decision-making and business operations.
  • Ensuring that reports are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools may be required.
  • Should have knowledge of MIS Handling
  • Should posses good knowledge of mail drafting
