Tarento Group is hiring for the role of Back End Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:-

• Programming Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Java and Python or Node.js and Python.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Database Skills:
  
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Proficient in writing optimized queries, handling transactions, and database schema design.
• System Design:
  
  • Good understanding of system architecture principles, including microservices, distributed systems, and scalability considerations.
  • Ability to design APIs, modularize codebases, and solve complex system design problems.
• Event-Driven Architectures (Good to Have):
  
  • Familiarity with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven communication.
  • Understanding of Kafka topics, partitions, producers, consumers, and strategies for fault tolerance and message durability.

Requirements:-

• Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure,
• GCP) is a plus.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for backend systems.
