About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end B2B / enterprise sales for GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, and software solutions
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and large accounts
  • Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations (virtual or in-person as required)
  • Understand customer business challenges and position customized software solutions
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with presales, product, technical, and implementation teams for solution delivery
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of experience in B2B software sales / IT solution sales / enterprise sales
  • Prior experience selling GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, SaaS, or IT services
  • Proven experience in handling mid to large enterprise clients
  • Strong exposure to end-to-end sales closure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote (WFH) environment
  • Open to relocation to Surat or Ahmedabad if required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with logistics, transportation, mobility, or fleet-driven businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience in solution-based or consultative selling
