About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and scale the B2B sales team across regions
- Identify new corporate, enterprise, and institutional business opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Own key account management and strategic partnerships
- Drive sales pipeline, forecasting, and closure of high-value deals
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Ensure accurate MIS, CRM hygiene, and performance reporting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BFSI / IT / SaaS / EdTech / Consulting (as applicable)
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Experience managing multi-location sales teams
