About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Reach out to leads generated through various marketing channels, including website inquiries, IndiaMart Leads, phone calls, emails, and referrals.
  • Proposal and Quote Preparation: Prepare customized proposals and quotes based on the needs and budget of the leads, highlighting the value proposition and pricing details.
  • Follow-up and Closing: Maintain regular follow-up with leads, providing additional information, answering questions, and guiding them through the decision-making process to close the sale.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and requirements of potential customers to determine their level of interest and fit for our products or services.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative conversations with leads, actively listening to their challenges, and providing tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish strong relationships with leads by understanding their pain points, addressing concerns, and positioning our offerings as valuable solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads and sales opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing teams, and product specialists to leverage their expertise and support the sales conversion process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or lead conversion, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with leads at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.
  • Solid understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize and follow up with leads promptly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in proposals and quotes.
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to improve and enhance sales conversion strategies.
