Harman International is hiring for the role of AWS Data Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines on AWS and Databricks.
- Code proficiently in Python for data engineering tasks.
- Engineer and orchestrate batch data pipelines using AWS Glue Workflows.
- Implement and manage streaming pipelines using AWS Kinesis.
- Utilize SQL for data manipulation and management.
- Collaborate with agile teams and communicate effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field in Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and Spark.
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Delta Lake, and Azure Data Factory.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, EC2, and Lambda.
- Familiarity with AWS Glue, AWS Kinesis, and other related AWS services.
- Strong understanding of data, systems, and end-to-end data processes.
- Experience with ETL development using Python, PySpark, and DBT.
- Effective communication skills.
