Oerlikon Balzers is hiring for the role of AWS cloud Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide 2nd level proactive support.
- Monitor and maintain internal tickets and alerts.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems together with the business and other IT teams.
- Resolve and document problems and solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for custom applications.
- Assist in resolving audit reviews and findings for existing custom applications.
- Support the development of monitoring tools and setup of metrics, alarms, and notifications.
- Support the development and optimization of custom applications using AWS technologies and tools.
- Support continuous & stable operation of applications.
- Support continuous improvement of applications.
