AVP Treasury Job in Hyderabad at IKF Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Funding :

• Fund raising activities through PSU Banks and Top Private Sector Banks and Small Finance Banks, FI’s, Top NBFCs and debt capital markets, other relevant instruments  
• Structuring the financial deals to avail of the best possible interest rates and sanction terms and conditions 
• Understanding of financial instruments and structures including Working Capital Facilities, Term Loans, NCDs, Securitization, Direct Assignment etc. 
• Overall Fund Raise planning and ALM 

Relationship Management :  

• Build and manage relationships with PSU Banks and Top Private Sector Banks and Small Finance Banks, FI’s, Top NBFCs and provide required information/clarifications on a realtime basis. 
• Manage relationships with Credit Rating agencies and regulators and provide required information/clarifications on a real-time basis. 
• Managing relations with auditors and debt Syndicator Regulatory compliance to RBI with timely preparation and submission of reports relating to Borrowings 

Accounting & Others:

• Preparation of Borrowing workings and accounting borrowing cost as per Ind AS 
• Preparation of workings for financial reports/notes for statutory audit, Internal Audit with Top Audit Firms 
• Provide timely and relevant fund requirement analysis and cash flows to the management team 
• Prepare presentations for management reviews/board meetings
