AVP / Senior Manager Job in Noida at Religare Broking Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously meet / exceed agreed business targets
• Explore new business opportunities, identify prospects & pursue leads / proposals and on-board clients
• Responsible for overall operations and services and continuous assess / monitor performance of operations
• Development and deployment of system and software for NPS business
• Complete compliance to all existing regulatory norms and any new compliance and submit periodic reports to management
• Handle Audits (Internal, External and Regulatory)
• On boarding of Corporate clients
• Proper and timely billing and collection thereof
• Ensure proper warehousing of records / documents
• Maintain relationship with clients
• Compiling and analysing sales figures, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports/Work Reports MIS to HOD

Qualifications / Experience

• Meeting Annual Operating Plan
• Acquisition and development of Channel partners
• Hiring competitive team as per business requirement
• Development of service platform and service delivery
• Post Graduate in Commerce. Preferable relevant experience in similar role
• 5 years or more
• Domain knowledge, team leadership skills, fair communication & proactive approach
