AVP - Project Delivery Internship in Hyderabad at state street

State Street is hiring for the role of AVP - Project Delivery!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Leading and managing a portfolio of Time & Attendance related projects.
• Migrating existing technology solutions in locations to MyWorkday for time tracking and time off management through all stages of the project.
• Providing SME leadership and knowledge to business-driven projects.
• Identifying, assessing, making recommendations, planning, and delivering service transitions of other time-related services not currently in the portfolio, to a centralized service function.
• Owning, managing, and overseeing of delivery of time-related Change.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage functionality in MyWorkday to simplify and enhance the employee experience of using time-related technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Confident, effective communication, written and verbal.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to reprioritize workload.
• MS Office applications.
• HR systems including MyWorkday.
