AVP – Operation (SME) Job in Jaipur at Sk Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Oversight – SME Products:

• Oversee SME operations activities across regions and branches.
• Support alignment of operational practices with approved processes.
• Provide guidance to regional and branch operations teams.

2. Pre-Disbursement Operations Support:

• Oversee coordination of pre-disbursement operational activities for SME loans.
• Support verification of documentation, approvals, and checklist completion as per process.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Business teams to ensure readiness for disbursement.
• Support resolution of pre-disbursement operational issues through appropriate escalation.

3. Post-Disbursement Operations Support:

• Oversee coordination of post-disbursement operational activities.
• Support execution of post-disbursement documentation, record maintenance, and follow- ups as per defined procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure post-disbursement processes are completed in line with requirements.
• Support handling of operational queries related to post-disbursement activities.

4. Process Coordination & Standardization:

• Support implementation of standardized operational processes across locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uniform execution of pre- and post-disbursement processes.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and support improvement initiatives.

5. Inter-Departmental Coordination:

• Work closely with Credit, Sales, Risk, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.
• Support smooth handover between business and operations at various stages of the loan lifecycle.
• Facilitate resolution of operational matters through coordination and escalation.

6. Regional & Team Support:

• Guide and support regional and zonal operations teams.
• Provide operational clarifications and process guidance to field teams.
• Support operational capability building through process orientation.

7. Compliance & Governance Support:

• Ensure operations activities follow internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits related to SME operations.
• Ensure operational records and documentation are maintained as per defined processes.

8. Reporting & Review:

• Review periodic operational reports related to SME loan processing, disbursement, and servicing.
• Share observations and updates with senior operations leadership.
• Participate in review discussions related to SME operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Understanding of SME lending operations in an NBFC environment.
• Knowledge of pre- and post-disbursement operational processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Process-oriented and structured working approach.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate/CA preferred.
• 15-20 Years of experience with team handling experience
• Experience in operations roles within NBFC / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
• Exposure to SME lending products and multi-location operations.
