Capgemini is hiring for the role of Automotive Smart Plant Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• MES capability assessment & formulation of functional architecture & requirements. MES platform evaluation basis fitment across various strategic, financial and functional pillars
• Knowledge of MES tools like Siemens, NEXEED, PTC or Dassault will be an added advantage. Identify areas for improvement, mining digital use cases and develop strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality and reduce cost.
• Consult clients on automation, IoT, and data analytics in the manufacturing space. Knowledge of IOT platforms like Insights Hub, Azure, AWS etc will be an added advantage.
• Utilize data analytics to extract insights from production data, make data-driven decisions and help manage performance indicators.

Requirements :

• Experience creating and leading client proposals, stitching the right mix of capability and Industry POV.
• A thought leader to demonstrate deep industry knowledge and innovation in manufacturing via POVs and assets.
• Strong business development appetite while scanning market movements and creating opportunities for growth.
• Strong project management abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
