Automation/Manual Tester Job in Navi Mumbai at Neosoft

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Java, and Appium.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design appropriate test cases.
• Execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze test results and report defects to the development team using issue tracking systems.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy sessions to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test scripts to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify test automation opportunities and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing to enhance the testing process.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Java, and Appium.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, concepts, and best practices.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
