PhonePe is hiring for the role of Automation Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Design and develop automation solutions for customer experience (CX) processes.
- Collaborate with CX stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
- Implement and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
- Monitor and test automated processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Own delivery of automation projects within sprint timelines.
- Prioritize and execute actionable tasks with guidance from the assigned manager.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with stakeholders across all levels.
- Document analysis, discussions, requirements, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in computer science or a related field from a top-tier institute.
- Up to 3 years of experience in CX and/or automation roles.
- Strong understanding of CX principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages and automation tools (e.g., Python, Selenium).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
